Single Booth (3m × 3m)

• a) Comes with x1 or x2 tables, dependent on booth location as seen in the Vendor Village floorplan.
• b) Four chairs.

Double Booth (5m × 3m / 6m × 3m)

• a) Comes with x2 tables as shown in the Vendor Village floorplan.
• b) Six chairs.
• c) Event entry for six of you.
• d) Power socket.

1. No selling of alcohol or any intoxicating substances. This is a family-friendly, all-ages event.
2. No selling of any inappropriate items or items deemed too mature for our audience.
3. The inside walls of your booth must be 90% branded or decorated in a way that blocks out the plain white walls. You can do it yourself, or we can do it for you at an additional cost.
4. The side walls of your booth can either be full, or halved. This is dependent on placement and advance notice.
5. Set-up must happen on Friday, August 22nd, before 8.00 pm.
6. Arrival and check-in on event day is strictly between 7.00 am – 8.00 am.
7. The safety of your items is your own responsibility.
8. There will be a walk-through of the washrooms and other facilities assigned to vendors on Saturday, August 23rd between 7.00 am and 9.00 am. This will not be repeated.
9. Any and all communication will be given via email. Please submit the correct one and keep checking it.
10. You will receive an email with a PDF copy of your registration/submission. Check your inbox/spam for it.
11. Refunds will not be issued after the registration deadline has passed.
12. Kshs. 5,000 of your booking fee is refundable the week after the event if you set-up and set-down within the stipulated time on event day, and have branded your booth as indicated. All three stipulations must be met for the refund to happen.
13. Vendor registration deadline: Sunday, August 17th, 11.59 pm.
14. Movie Jabber reserves the right of admission.
15. By registering you consent to have images of yourself, team, products and stall be used in all and any media purposes by Moie Jabber to promote themselves or events in future, perpetually.
